Default Gonna be a good day... Finally firing up the Shirley again

Finally under 90 on the weekend. Rolled the Shirley out, started a fire and prepped some St Louis ribs. Miss the smell of post oak in the morning.

That and it's been a couple too many months since I fired up the Shirley. The charcoal cookers get a work out most of the summer.

Not too bad for little 2 pound ribs. Didn't come out dry at all.

Great color on those ribs. Yea, when it is 95* + out, it gets a little too hot to deal with stick burners. Or much else for that matter.

We did have a somewhat similar rig. How much longer until your new one is ready?
