Yesterday i made s meat loaf with beef, chorizo, smac and bacon

You take some
beef, with some Italian herbs
chopped chorizo
chopped smac
and bacon

and you put them layer by layer in the tin
that is :)

You know, I just cannot see this fabulous cook being in my conversation with firends here.
I am unwilling to use a sentence "I was looking at some great stuff made by friends in Holland, delicious smac filled meat loaf"
It just isn't going to fly.
