Default Last day to order Harvest Brine for Thanksgiving!

PSA:
If you are going to dry brine you turkey for 36-48 hours, then you want to get your Harvest Brine ordered today!
If we ship today, you have a good chance of receiving it by Tuesday.
(No guarantees though, because we don’t control the post office, but there is a fair chance)

I'm already set - snagged the bird today, gonna be hitting it with HB on Sunday or Monday.

John - what, if anything, would you put on a turkey that's been hit with HB?

I HB'd a pork butt for slicing and hit the outside with some garlic powder, onion powder and a little black pepper and that went very well. I'm thinking kinda the same for the turkey but am definitely interested in other ideas.
