Does anyone have a good tutorial or video they could recommend on how to cook a pork butt and separate the money muscle before shredding the pork butt? Also, is there a section of the butt that is better for cutting out chunks to present? Finally, whether its separating the money muscle or cutting a section for chucks, is all this usually done after the butt has completely cooked and after the rest? Thanks again!
 
Thirded. I learned so much from that one video that I felt like it payed for the membership itself. Everything after that is just bonus.
