the 4 hour smoked pork is BACK!!...florida style...
hi gang!
back to basics for me. i have been posting jerk pork and mojo pork. today...a beautiful southern pork sandwich with slaw and homemade bbq sauce. oak smoked for 2 hours and foiled for another 2 all at 350 F. i know this violates just about every bbq commandment...but ya gotta check it out! very delicious if you have time just click the link below. thanks. http://jewelsinnaples.blogspot.com/2012/06/oktonite-on-menu-something-we-havent.html cya frank |
