I have used the ones that JD called out, Bone Suckin' Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's are good readily available sauces. Cattleman's is probably the best of the large format sauces I have tried, although it has been a long time since I used it straight.

I already have a ticket booked for Manchester in June. Let me know, and I might be able to ship some stuff over before I go. Also, it might be fun to work on making your own. And for beer, I would be willing to help.

I've only had SBR's. And, it's pretty good ...
You might consider doctoring up some HP Sauce. A little sweetness and that'd make something fine on beef. However, I'm with the gentleman who said to make up your own. You'll be far happier in the long run.
