Default Small Friday grill

I haven't grilled in a while. Rain and other stuff. This week I asked my younger boy what he'd like. He immediately said hamburger. So I fired up the grill.

Made some chicken breasts before dinner for later.

Then burgers

It's great to get back to the fire. Really missed it.
Have a fabulous weekend.

Looks good! Do you slice the breasts lengthwise? I've been doing that for some time. They cook faster, and have better flavor to me.

I actually buy them sliced. Their ment to be made as schnitzels. But they're great grilled. Thin sliced has them ready faster before the outside gets too dry.

I agree. Most chicken breasts are so thick these days that the inner part tastes bland to me if not sliced.

Not to mention more surface for rub and flavor!

So true. Chicken breasts need a lot of seasoning not to be bland.
