Small Friday grill
I haven't grilled in a while. Rain and other stuff. This week I asked my younger boy what he'd like. He immediately said hamburger. So I fired up the grill.
Made some chicken breasts before dinner for later. Then burgers It's great to get back to the fire. Really missed it. Have a fabulous weekend. |

I actually buy them sliced. Their ment to be made as schnitzels. But they're great grilled. Thin sliced has them ready faster before the outside gets too dry.

I agree. Most chicken breasts are so thick these days that the inner part tastes bland to me if not sliced.
