Been a while since I fired up the smoker.......so I cooked a little bit today.
Started with a small chicken
marinated overnight in Italian dressing
added a few things to the mix
stuffed a 1 pound sausage with a couple of peppers and then coated with a rub of my making.
rubbed the chicken down!
some corn on the cob!
some taters, onions and green beans!
on the cooker!!

all done and ready to serve!!
