So, I've clogged up your Interwebs enough this weekend... but this one is too good not to share.

Momma's had a hankerin' for some Korean "Kimchi Wings" and some Nando's wings.

I know I've posted this before, and I wish I had the reference, but I don't. This is approx 10 years old, but it's GOOD.

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 tablespoon hot pepper paste
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
• sesame seeds, garnish
• scallions, garnish

Directions
- Wash and season wings with salt and pepper.
- (Replaced the frying directions) - Grill over medium-high heat until done & 170F internal temp.
- In a skillet - melt the butter, sauté garlic and ginger, add the hot pepper paste, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar and heat thoroughly.
- Immediately toss hot wings into sauce.
- Place wings on a platter and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

After a visit with John Henry's Mojave Garlic, the wings visited the vortex in the 22.5.

The munchkin received a couple of rubbed-only wings.

The Nando's Hot really brought back memories from the UK.

The wings bound for the kimchi sauce took a quick bath.

Have a great Sunday evening! Appreciate you stopping by.

Great, just as I finished Lunch.
I will have the munchkins type, picture three is the best

Shadow, you and Stinger have free access to the all WANG CHANNEL!!!!!!!.......always great looking post!!!!

Great combo Marc, wings and Blue Bloods. Definitely liking the recipe, nice work.

And here I was expecting real Kimchi to be used. Still looks delicious. Might have to give them a try.

Very nice wings. The weather may be nice enough this weekend to do some of my own since I now have a humongous hankering. Thanks, I think!

So the ingredients you listed above are for the kimchi sauce??????

Apologies for not being specific. You are completely correct. This is a recipe I found a long while back, and have been making ever since.

Instead of the S&P, I've been using John Henry Mojave Garlic for some extra flavor.
