Welcome aboard, Dale!

I too would normally aruge against a pooper (I'm a stick burner), but it would be more cost effective for you to ship in pellets vs. wood.

Enjoy the site and don't hesitate to ask questions!

I would like to be able to cook/smoke for 50 people as I do some light catering.

Anyway, nice to meet everyone...this forum looks like a wealth of information and friendly people.
Welcome Dale... We are seeing more and more folks from here in N.W. Montana on the Brethern site. Bigfork? You are just across Flathead Valley from me. And "YES" there is not much for real BBQ in the valley.
