Default Smoker area

I live out in the county on about acre and half next to a major highway. Would like to set up my smokers outside and provide seome privacy. Currently have a rock wall that spans my property thats about 4.5 feet tall. Maybe would like to build off that with more rocks if I can find some that match or privacy fence. Would like it to also be a solid wind brake. Any ideas?

Some day would like to build something over the top of it for cover, any ideas also?

I'd need to see more pics - how close to your house is the wall? On an acre and a half if it were not near the house that could end up inconvenient. What does the house look like? Certainly wood is easier to build with than stone.

Wall is very close to the house. It's a short walk so it would be ideal since I don't want it close to the house. House is a split level wood siding house. Not enough overhang on the side of the house to cover in bad weather.
