Default Breakfast burritos on the Camp Chef griddle

Man oh man do I love my griddle! Knocked out a breakfast “burrito bar” for the family. I went tortilla-less keeping the carbs down. So easy-so good.

Absolutely! One thing I love about having a huge griddle is how easy it makes meal prep for several days at a time. I have a good hearty breakfast for the next couple of mornings without having to do anything more than press a few buttons on the microwave :)

Did the same with dinner last night on the griddle. Over cook a bit and now I have lunches til mid-week :)
