Wow! Thanks for all the info everyone! Looks like i'm switching to granulated stuff this year.
On a side note- I found some very interesting flavorings available on SpiceBarn.com. Anyone ever use Molasses Powder, Ground Juniper Berry, Soy Sauce Powder or Cider Vinegar Powder?

Granulated. It is similar in size as most of the other ingredients in my rubs. And powder - yuck! It clumps up into goo when put in sauces and marinades. Your milage may vary.
