New Guy in Mississippi
I've been lurking for a while but finely joined. Thanks for a great forum and I look forward to learning more. I've got a Weber Kettle that I enjoy for grilling and occasional smoking. Most of my smoking experience was on a large stainless grill built by my father in law that I set up for indirect cooking.
I just pulled the trigger on a PBC today. I had been debating on building a UDS but decided to go ahead after reading some of the 600 plus page appreciation thread on here. |
Thanks from:---> |
