I've been lurking for a while but finely joined. Thanks for a great forum and I look forward to learning more. I've got a Weber Kettle that I enjoy for grilling and occasional smoking. Most of my smoking experience was on a large stainless grill built by my father in law that I set up for indirect cooking.

I just pulled the trigger on a PBC today. I had been debating on building a UDS but decided to go ahead after reading some of the 600 plus page appreciation thread on here.

Welcome aboard Bob, glad to have you as a fellow Brethren here.

I hope to see you in the Q-Talk forum soon. You'll find help on almost every topic from cooking your first Pork Butt to curing and smoking your own ham and bacon.

If you can't find the topic you need help with, or have questions about, just start a new thread in "Q-Talk". There are many people with years of experience that are willing to answer your questions and guide you in the right direction.
