Default Cedar Planked Salmon...

I'm thinking of starting a new tradition around the "JD" house..."Saturday Night Fish Night"...it seems we always do some sort of seafood dinner on Saturdays. Last night (Saturday) was cedar planked salmon.

Dusted a couple of nice fillets with Dizzy Pig "Ragin' River"...
Soaked the plank in water for about an hour first...

Fired up the kettle with one chimney of Rancher...

After about 12 minutes @ 600 degrees...

Table for two...

Done to perfection...IMHO!

Cheers...

Nah...I just toss 'em...they're usually pretty charred on the bottom.
