How do you like the new Yoder 640? I am in the market and trying to get up the courage to pull the trigger. I'm sure there's stuff to love. What about shortcomings? I see you got the cart. Worth it? Yours looks awesome

Not all of them, but the ones I use the most. I have a serious case of smoker envy looking through all the pics.

It’s been assembled and have several smokes under my belt with it, some pork butts a few chickens and a turkey. Even with the mods it needs almost constant attention, but I enjoy doing it. Good reason to sit outside all day and have a few brews after the sun passes the yardarm.

I’ve already got a new purchase in my sights that I’m saving for...A Humphrey’s Long Weekender, and temp controller. Then I can smoke year round and things that take longer to smoke with less attention.

Our latest addition to our BBQ hardware, Weber 26 kettle. Broke it in with some SRF ribeyes and dogs.

Don't think I've posted mine yet. These two, and an 18" WSM

Another small edition to our collection, a Weber Jumbo Joe for camping, with the rest of its brothers. I’ve already added a thermometer.

Are those lights mounted to the underside of the Shirley? I have thought about doing the same with some color changing LED strips but wasnt sure if I could get by with some C or D cell batteries or if I would need a small 12v battery like for a motorcycle or something.
