Just went on the Smoker......KBB n Mesquite chunks - got a Dozen chunks buried in the Charcoal.





a Light Dusting of Rub....







Small Brisket Flat on Top that somebody gave me- half the Flat with a lil bit of Point.

Nice! and brisket drippins on the ribs

I use YB for chicken but never have for pork. Maybe my next rack of ribs

Heck yes !!!!

I love some Plowboy's and I love mesquite. I'm rolling mesquite smoke on my deck as we speak.

Gonna throw some wings on later.....and they will be dusted with some Plowboy's Yardbird & some RecTec Greek rub.

Didn't slice Very Pretty as bottom side was a lil crispy (and I pulled the membrane) but they Tasted Good.....
