Default Cold smoking with Assassin

Hi all,

I have an Assassin 24 and when I have tried to cold smoke, it seems that it is not giving that much smoke to the meat. I am using an A-Maze-N maze for the smoking and then placing same in the firebox, anyone who have tried something else which is working better?

It works perfectly with hot smoke.

All the best

I haven't done meats, but I've cold smoked cheese in my 24. I also use an A-Maze-N maze. I put it on top of the grease catcher and leave the fire box door open to get a good draft.

I get plenty enough smoke for cheese.

How long are you typically smoking for?
