How 'Bout Some More Smoked Jalaps?

Throwing some bacon wrapped jalaps over some indirect heat for a few hours. These things are gone like lightning after church, so I tried to make a few more than usual. Hot Italian sausage mixed with cheddar, added some cumin, BBQ rub, and Louisiana Hot Sauce.

Leave the seeds and membrane in just a few of them to make things interesting...sorta like Tex Mex Roulette.

I usually leave most of it in all of 'em. Keeps the kids and the more mildly-palated folks from wasting them. ;) I dig out just enough to stuff with some other things.
