Default Hello from Connecticut

I have been BBQ'ing, grilling and smoking on my Grilldome XL ceramic kamado for years and I have finally decided to take the plunge and invest in a dedicated smoker. I am not yet sure what direction I am going to go in, but I like the idea of a horizontal offset or reverse flow smoker. Looking forward to using the forum to help guide me in the right direction and when I get up and running hopefully I can contribute to the other members too!

Welocme, Dave! You've come to the right place.

Some great thoughts on smokers and whatnot over in QTalk. We'll gladly help spend your money!

Glad you're here.
