$66 with the shipping cost on a 24" roll...I don't think so!!!
I find this to be a much better deal over all: http://www.webstaurantstore.com/24-x.../43324TAR.html With shipping, it was just under $40.

Nope...just plain old fashion butcher paper. I've used it to wrap a few briskets and such.

Does anyone know what paper Frankin uses? Is it 18" red paper?
I got 1000' of natural colored butcher paper from restaurant dept and the stuff is very thin, it rips and is a pain to work with.

Try the white next time from RD ~ I bought the 18" x 1000; works like a charm.

Franklin uses custom paper made at a secret mill in Uvalde, TX. The secret is in the use of mesquite and juniper (Mountain Cedar).
