All beef sausage with sharp cheddar, onion, tomato, and bacon on bun with homemade spicy brown mustard.

Cooked ribs and drumsticks for office lunch. These drumsticks were marinated in a hot jerk marinade, smoked in the Pit Boss Copperhead, and glazed with a sweet BBQ sauce.
