Brethren Inspired Dinner, and Other Delights

First I want to Thank Sako for inspiring last nights dinner. I marinated the Chicken Breasts with some Huli Huli sauce, because I didn't have an injection. Wraped in Bacon, a dusting of Kenny Bear Rub and on to the grill. Some Rice and saute Asparagus.
The other "Delight" was Sunday's Dinner, a Smoked "Chuckie" for Pulled Beef Sandwiches!
