got a almost 10 pound Prime Packer Brisket that I slightly trimmed down tonight and tend to leave more fat on now and come out much more tender . I got it rubbed with Worcestershire and rubbed with Eat Barbecue The Most Powerful Stuff Rub and got it marinating in the fridge overnight . Going on first thing in the morning on the Assassin 48 and more to come . :mrgreen:
