I did a few cooks on the Yoder this weekend again. I'm loving this thing more and more I cook on it. :shock: This thing puts out some serious Q.

Awesome cook. I've said it to whoever will listen that pellet cookers just kill it on ribs for some reason. Hard for me to go with anything else on ribs.

I'm loving it to say the least. Even had a huge and I mean a Yuuuge black bear cruise through today. Must've been the smell of the steak. By the time I try to grab my phone to snap a pic it disappeared through the pine trees deep into the forest. Not before we glanced at each other for a few seconds though. Biggest bear I've seen yet.

As far as lamb, we're blessed here in getting whole, half, chops, t-bones, legs, shoulders, shanks. You name it from New Zealand, Australia, Colorado or California.
