Default Ribs on the UDS

Ribs cut into St. Louis and seasoned.

Getting some good color.

Wrapped with some added "love".
Ready to be devoured.
My plate, with coleslaw and corn w/tomatoes. These may be the best ribs I have cooked. Getting ready for the Pigs and Peaches in Kennesaw in two weeks.

Make sure that you use a rack to keep them off the bottom. After having dry baby backs lately, these were really moist, a welcomed change.
