Thought I'd post these, even though the food was for the throwdown.:clap2: I got up this morning and unwrapped the dino bones I had seasoned with EEVO and Bovine Bold last night. 4 hours at 240 and they were done! During the last 15 minutes I smeared a glaze I made on the largest section of the rack, mostly for contrast in the photo's. I tend to prefer my ribs:thumb: Memphis style. Anyway, here ya go. I gotta get busy and finish some of these off for brunch... Thx for stopping in.
