I have a food trailer and I am getting a lot of catering gigs. My questions is should the prices for the food be more or less than my menu prices when they pick it up. I do charge extra to serve and deliver. TIA

When they pick up vs you delivering? If so, we charge the same with the exception of the delivery fee. If on-site catering I charge an additional 20% to account for the larger portions some guests take and or come back for seconds as to where our delivery pricing has a serving portion per person.
