3 mi urban hike early. Local constabulary swarming my path, jumping curbs. Anyway guess me and Bride did not resemble the BOLO. Got home seasoned a 2.75# rack of spares with Sucklebusters Hoochie Mama. Miniature Mesquite B&B sticks in the pellet grill. Small rack-small Cooker set at 225– Off to ride bike. Then—-beer.

How many cooks on the GMGDC, and how would you rate it so far?

I recommend a batch of bacon if you haven't yet, one of my favs on the GMG.

I guess I have used it every day. Excellent cooker.
 
2 hours at 225*. There is a hot spot to the right, but it’s manageable. Bride wants pretty ribs. So wrapping at two hours with a jigger Of Mexican Coke, Butter and Tiger Sauce. Kicked up to 275* after wrapping.

Just makes it harder and harder to resist the temptation of that pellet grill.

Only thing standing in my way is a flat wallet but it's ok- I play the lottery, I'll be fine :grin:
 
Ribs look great, you know for a pellet grill.

That’s hilarious. I’ve got a “friend “ that refuses to acknowledge any of my pellet cooks.
 
I’d hit that hard and ask silly questions later! Pellets or not, bet that would stand on its own against any cooker.
