Decided last minute to cook up a Salmon we bought at Sams on Saturday. Made a butter garlic glaze to go on top, then threw in the Yoder at 400. While that was cooking, made a butter garlic cream sauce for the noodles. The wife pulled some fresh Basil, Oregano, and Parsley from her garden. The Yoder cooked the fish to perfection. There wasn’t any smoke in the fish itself (we didn’t want any smoke flavor) but the smoke really brought out the seasonings in the glaze. It definitely added another flavor element the oven wouldn’t have been able to produce. The Yoder impressed today!
