Default Carne Crosta Blue Cheese Burgers

Mixed blue cheese in with 80/20 ground beef, seasoned the patties with Carne Crosta which is just as great on burgers as it is on steaks imo.

Cooked some corn first, started with 2 slices of chopped bacon once the bacon crisped up drained most of the grease and added the corn.






Burgers finishing up.




Nice quick easy meal.

That is a fine meal. I love blue cheese burgers. Corn looks good too. Next time you should make some Maque Choux.

Crumbled blue cheese add it in the bowl with the ground beef mix it together by hand then form your patties.
