Carne Crosta Blue Cheese Burgers
Mixed blue cheese in with 80/20 ground beef, seasoned the patties with Carne Crosta which is just as great on burgers as it is on steaks imo.
Cooked some corn first, started with 2 slices of chopped bacon once the bacon crisped up drained most of the grease and added the corn. Burgers finishing up. Nice quick easy meal.
