Default A Blackstone Breakfast

Hadn't used the Blackstone in awhile, just been too busy.

Used some of my home canned chorizo...

Started with tatoes, onions, garlic, scallions and seasonings.
Heated the chorizo separately to speed things up. I was hungry.

Combined the tatoes and chorizo...

added a couple of fresh eggs..

and corn tortillas...

steamed the eggs to set the tops...

filled the skillet with the cooked chorizo, tatoes, onions, garlic and scallions...

topped with eggs...

added the hot tortillas and called er good.

Didn't need a stinkin' plate..... just used the skillet. :)

Made too much but my pup enjoyed the leftovers.

Not fancy but it tasted pretty good that morning.

Thanks for looking!

I was looking at that and wondering if you were gonna eat it all!

Great meal there, Jeanie! I have chorizo phases from time to time - love that stuff.

lol Greg, these were leftover potatoes that I had the night before with a steak. Got two meals out of them and I wasn't going to save them for a third.
Thanks Friend!

Dang Jeanie! Even the arrangement on the griddle is artistic. Next time you have leftovers send them my way instead.

Oh, Yum! That looks amazing Jeanie. I love chorizo but never made my own. I have been doing some similar breakfasts lately, but your pics always look so much better than what's on my plate. That really looks good. As always.
