Valentines Day steaks :)

Hope each and every member of the Brethren family had a great Friday and Valentines Day. My wife and I always stay in with the girls on V-Day and make a nice steak dinner. Made a few ribeyes and a few filets along with a couple of yummy side dishes. Let the steaks take on about 1 hr 15 min of smoke then finished with a crazy hot sear. The MAK as always worked his magic on the steaks... absolutely delicious.

That looks absolutley wonderful imo, I love smoking my steaks on the pellet pusher then searing,I dont have 1 of those to take it to the limits with though, maybe some day lol

Totally get it. That said, it’s an incredibly solid unit! All 304 SS in the right places... this isn’t a 2 or 3 season cooker

I did ribeyes for me & the missus too - I went the sous vide + flamethrower route. I served ‘em up with some caramelized onions & mushrooms and some garlic/onion asparagus, she said it was the best ever.
