no smoking for me this weekend. grilling up some wings on the weber and vortex tonight and putting a chuck roast in the oven for shredded beef tacos tomorrow.

No pharkin' clue.

Tonight, I do plan on whipping up a batch of stuffed mushrooms, a ribeye (yes, with 50/50 Carne Crosta & Santa Maria), and twin lobster tails...

Greg up in Chicago's got me thinking about some kettle fried chicken with a side trip to Nashville.

I've had a hankering for some Indian, and Lord knows CINCHOUSE is probably leaning in a completely different direction. We'll see how it buffs out.
