Default Oven for Food Truck

Hello! I am looking for a double decker type oven that will hold full hotel pans for my BBQ truck. I am already wired for electric, but need the oven to be propane. Thinking of mounting a propane tank cage just for the oven. Anyone have a similar setup?

It may take a shoehorn and some Crisco.... but, it just might work...

Great setup..The oven on the right is what I need, but can't find one that connects to 100lb propane tanks.

Webstaurantstore.com has a ton of propane ovens.

Here's a double oven similar to the one on that Ole Hickory trailer.

Obviously the prices are extremely high but it's NSF rated so that rating is going to cost you a good penny.

The regulator sits atop the 100 Gallon LP Tank and tubing carries it to the ovens. If I remember correctly when I wired the trailer for him, the ovens had standard 1/2" pipe threads, and he used an adapter from the oven to convert to the tubing.
