I have this Weston model. I don't use it every week, more like every couple of months, but when I do break it out, 30-40 pounds of meat goes right through it.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also hear good reviews of Lem grinders.

Last time I was out there for a convention, I checked out Front Range BBQ. That was some good BBQ. I also checked out Bird Dog BBQ. That was decent but Front Range was better.

Agree with Deebo, Front Range & Bird Dog are your best bet. Most everything else is a chain restaurant. Front Range has beer, Bird Dog doesn't if that makes a difference.
