Here’s the four potential choices to consider for the upcoming November Special Throwdown:


1. Soups, Stews & Chili


2. Comfort Food(this would be an open category, more or less)


3. Whole Roasts(beef, pork, turkeys, chickens etc)


4. Gravies and Sauces

For whatever it's worth, Comfort Food could easily include the other three categories that are in the poll...
 
The voters have spoken! Soups, Stews, & Chili it is!
 
Hmmm... Will have to think about that as I currently have no idea how to make any of that on the grill/smoker...
