Rain here for tomorrow, so I don't have anyhting planned. I will be going to Sam's this afternoon or in the morning, so I'm sure I will come home with something. If nothing else at least some flank steak.

I plan on grilling something on the kettle tonight, just haven't decided what that will be It's gonna be hard to top the tuna steak I grilled a few nights ago.

If everything works out with my next trial run of my UDS tonight after making a few changes, I plan on doing the first cook in it on Sunday - probably ribs.

Easter with the outlaws on Saturday. I was told I could only come if I brought ABTs, so I'm going to cook pulled pork.

Ba-dum-dum

Seriously folks, I'll be doing 2 dozen of my soon to be world famous smoked string cheese and dried cherry ABTs. Gosh those are good. I'll be using my new home-made ABT racks in the pit, just to see how they work.

Reckon I'll have to toss a fatty on as well.
