Went to Lowe's and they require either a print out of the HD sale, or show them the website on your phone in order to price match.
I didn't have either with me, so walked back out empty handed. I'll go back later today I think.

Hmm. I wonder if I could browbeat Lowes to truly pricematch since they are different pack sizes.
Lowes 2x20 for 12.99 = 40# @ .32475 per/lb HD 2x18.6 for 9.88 = 37.2# @ .2655913per/lb Lowes 2x20# @ .2655913 per/lb would be $10.62 for 40# |
