Went to the super target with the wife today and roamed around. i ended up in the meat section and could not believe what i saw. BRISKETS 1.49 LB. I bought 8 anywhere from 9-20 lb, moost in the 12 lb range. Guess what is going on the smoker later tonight.

Whole Packers? Dang, that is a great buy. They had a deal on em a year or so ago and I bought quite a few of em too. They were smaller sized briskets, but they turned out to be very tender briskets. All of em. I'd stock up on some more for that price. Thanks for sharing. Gonna see if my area Target has em too.

too late for me. Ive already pulled mine off the smoker two hrs ago, resting now. waiting on the BBs to finish as we speak. Three hrs in, one to go
