cuban sandwich quesodillas. pulled pork, sliced ham swiss or provalone, mustard mayo and pickles. normally a pressed sub. a couple years ago we turned them into a quesodilla with large flour tortillas. they are awesome

How about being like that tailgate warriors show on food network last year. Meaning theme your cooking around the local cuisine of the teams.

As far as food goes you can't go wrong with ABT's and MOINKS as an appetizer then some chili and pulled beef sandwiches, although I've been meaning to put together some of those Cuban sandwiches myself!
I'm miffed as to why you care about the Bills and Jets whey you live in PA and have 2 teams to choose from. At least your not a Cowboys fan. |

I grew up in western NY and Orchard Park is about 1 1/2 hours from me. Pitts is 3 1/2 and Philly 6 hours. Besides something about being taken to a Bills game as a kid, kind of stuck with me.

When I cook on site I make wings (the hotter the better), thin cut ribeye steak sammies with a jerk steak sauce and grilled pineapple slices.

I made this "finger food" for the Super Bowl the last two years...
it went over well. I smoke it in my UDS.. http://bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=100290 bacon wrapped corn, new potatoes, crawdads, shrimp, crablegs, sausage... garlic butter, garlic bread...lots of napkins and lots of cold beer.

I think anything in a bun or on a stick is best. Simple is also key. Anything requiring a plate or utensils to eat is a pain as we usually stand or sit without much table space.
With that my vote for simple things that can go on a stick or in a bun is: Beer Brats Cheese Dogs seasoned skirt steak (pre-marinted king sold as fajita meat at store) fajita chicken meat (pre-marinated kind sold as fajita meat at store)
