I was cooking some baby back's today and decided it was time to try my 1st pastrami.I cant believe I waited this long.I will never buy it in the store again.I did 2 racks of the ribs with a spicy tomato based sauce i make and the 3rd with a vinegar/apple sauce I found on this site.
