Did a couple of cooks over the weekend.
Saturday did a small pork butt. Just some dominator rub from oak ridge. Turned out good.
Sunday I did a chuck steak. Only ate a few small pieces but was tasty. Did the oak ridge black ops in it
While that was cooking, I threw a chicken on the top rack. Turned out good. A bit darker than normal since I had some hickory chunks in the charcoal for the beef. Usually I just use straight charcoal for chicken.
Only downside so far to the chuck was only one bone and I have two dogs
