"Roast beef" is still round for me. My mom used to make eye of the round quite a bit, and I always loved carving stations that sliced thin beef slices from some form of round.
 
Rump roast was my Mama's go-to cut of beef for roasting. She said the density of it made for a beefier flavor. Looks great, Marty.
 
The doneness looks perfect, nice job. I used to cook the same cut for sliced roast beef when I worked in a grocery store. Always got compliments.
 
Nice looking cook Marty, if you have the ability to hang, try hanging some time, my favorite way to cook bottom round.
