Fell on a few minor physical ailments.So if u cant work,might as well Q,1 slab of ribs and my first brisket.Turned out nice.what do you all think.:thumb:

What is the rule on brisket.If you hold a slice over your finger it droops like spagaeti.It drooped pretty close to that.
