Default Traeger Deluxe

I guess this thing just came out. A dealer here just got his first one. It is a lot nicer than their old style units which I have been staying away from because they just seem to be light weight cheap junk. This thing is heavy
and looks great. i may have to buy one. It was right around $1000.

I think you should get one Johnny. I've not used a Traeger but have wondered if they are a good unit.

EVERYONE in my area has a Traeger. The Louisiana pellet grills are popular too. The food that comes off of them is usually great, I just don't like the pellet concept. If you're comfortable going the pellet stove route then give it a shot. They do seem to hold their value well, at least in the inland NW.

That model has been out in Canada for over a year and just hit the American market. They look more like a traditional gas grill, but are certainly much more than that.
