Broiled Pork Chops with Red Roast Pork Marinade
So, because I was too lazy to fire up the gasser and grill, I decided to broil some pork loin chops I picked up from Costco.

Now, I used another recipe from the Faja Lobi Website that called for ginger and Chinese Five Spice Powder.
I mixed the ginger, five spice powder and the marinade and put some chops in for a day.
I let the chops come to room temp, placed them in a glass dish, dotted them with butter, and popped them in for 15 minutes...
The IT was only 125, so I shut the broiler off, and let them sit for 10 more minutes. IT 145!

Man on man oh man oh man. The flavor was incredible! Jennifer doesn't like lean pork, but somehow this chop disappeared once she got a taste. Not sure where it went.
