Default Catering Tents for Public events

Need some suggestions on purchasing Catering tents to set up at farmer's markets/fairs and other public events...thinking about the style, windows, and interior equipment.

Any thoughts and/or advice?

California Palms makes what you need, as well as the sides. Very good stuff, and reasonable prices
