Shipping a cooked brisket

I'm looking to ship a few of my briskets to friends and family around the states but I've yet to find a good resource on how to do it properly. I see some places will ship their briskets to you, but they fail to say how....

So far it seems I need dry ice (how much?) and a special dry ice safe container. Anyone here do it and if so, how?
