I still have a dog in the hunt, and it's no spoiler but I'm going with a Texas style. Although.... I'm watching the Wyoming game and I'm beginning to think their definition of the covering the spread has something to do with Cheese Whiz.

The bar opened early in the 1st quarter.

Please accept the pic below as our entry. We live in California so Tri tip it is. Grilled until internal temp was 125. Seasoned with SPG. Rested for 20 minutes before slicing.
